Scanning for channels on HDhomerun tuners.

This device currently has no channels, hit the Scan or Import buttons to add channels to this device.
By default, channels from an HDHomeRun will have no guide data. When scanning the device for channels, you can optionally associate the channels with guide data from Schedules Direct.
Schedules Direct USA OTA 96130 click scan and get this error
Unable to download channel lineup: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

Adding Schedules Direct is not intuitive and the step don't match the menu. Here is what I recommend and makes sure you don't save password for the NextPVR site in your browser

Go to Setup->Access

If no lineups are showing enter the SD username and password

A hidden button under the password should come up allowing you to import your exisiting lineups.

Only hit Add if you want to add to the lineups you currently have. SD only allows 4 per account.

Then when you go to do the scan the lineup should be available.

I think you meant Setup>Guide not Setup>Access

Did what you suggested, doesn't help, linup is available, same error when trying to scan for channels for HDhomerun device.

I did yes, months ago I suggested that the SD credentials should be logically moved to the access page and I guess I was thinking where I would have put it. Hopefully that will get you going.

Did you lineups appear on the Guide screen? Until that happens no point in moving on.

Yes lineup is available in guide screen under EPG Sources

So when go to the Device setup screen (hit ctrl-f5 to be sure) and then you should get the lineups to pick from rather than adding a new lineup. Are you saying you don't get your lineups?

Yes on the devices setup screen I get IPTV Device and my 2 HDhomerun tuners. When I click on one of the HDhomerun tuners it says "This device currently has no channels, hit the Scan or Import buttons to add channels to this device."
When I hit scan it brings up Scan Channels screen and in that menu I pick Schedules Direct [USA-OTA-96130] and then click scan button, And this error code appears under the guide menu where I picked Schedules Direct [USA-OTA-96130].

"Unable to download channel lineup: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1."

I would wait 15 minutes for any SD account timeout lockouts to pass and try again, then upload the logs if it fails.
