Orphaned Files and Channel Names

There is a change in the next release, which fixes an issue with temp file cleanup, so that if any file couldn't be deleted (like the scenario above), it'll at least be cleaned up at the next EPG update.

That was hdhr but I have a few iptv based map file remnants too.
