New install - Web browser failing with Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)

Graham the file is small and the data is late arriving in it I suspect NextPVR needs to wait a bit longer to give ffmpeg a better chance of decoding it.  Using a direct play client would be better.

The linked was made in the moment after the "Transcoder Exited" message appeared in the NextPVR Web App.  Curiously, some channels play Live TV nicely and some don't.

For completeness ... I am not using V5 in anger so I don't have a real problem.  The linked is there to assist any diagnosis.

I can capture before the failure if it would help as it is a bit easier because the timing is a bit less critical.

Both the sample files show more streams then actually are in the file which could be confusing ffmpeg

Yes ... But ... No ... But ... Yes ... But ... I am getting the exact same symptoms on BBC One ... the transcoder exiting error in Live TV. My log had the same errors that Martin reports in post #5.
