Installing V5 impossible

Attached pic, ok i won't attach the pic as their is no clear way to attach it.

When you click the 'preview post' button below, you can either drop the zipped install.txt on the "Drop files here to upload" text, or simply click that text and it'll let you browse for a file. It only accepts .zip/.png/.jpg files, so you'll need to zip your install.txt.

Where is the install.txt.

As mentioned in my my earlier reply, create a c:\temp directory, then run the installer again. It'll create a c:\temp\install.txt file. To make a zip file, right click on that file, and select Send To -> Compressed Folder.

How do i attach a file within this forum when no aparrent buttons.

Does it make any difference if you download the installer from https://nextpvr.com/NPVRSetup.exe?t=1588026882

Hi, sure i saw your video , very nice and clean - thankyou, but it just doesn't get past the bit where it says installing. The install txt says it all. I can leave there for 30 minutes and it will still be the same. I uninstalled the old version of PVR ( Getting ready to install a very old version that has all the files in the installer and doesn't - These worked 100% of the time) But what do you think of the TXT file?

Can you try installing from https://nextpvr.com/NPVRSetup.exe?t=1588026882. This fixed a similar problem a couple of users had recently.

What version of Windows are you on?

One guy did have an issue with his firewall/antivirus software stopping the install. He temporarily disabled it, and the install was able to complete.
