No HDHR tuner connection on system start

I installed the updated NShared.dll on my Windows machine this morning to see if it helped with My Hauppauge Freesat card which appears to be inactive most of the time even after reboots and stopping and restarting the NPVR service. Earlier this week in desperation I changed the PCI port but this had no effect on the problem.

So far so good the Freesat card is responsive and the "N" icon is also working properly, most of the time it has been grey and when working it has remained red after exiting from live tv (after testing on both my Freesat and Freeview cards).

Played with this for a few days

The updated NShared.dll resolves the Hauppauge Freesat issue when the NPRservice is set to delayed start.

If the service is set to automatic the card tends to be inactive after a reboot.
