I see what happened now. Basically the previous version of NextPVR was going into a loop and continuously every minute updating the EPG until midnight. I'm surprised SD didn't block you. Since you updated early today this bug is supposed to be fixed.

I'll explain the setup and events in more detail so you guys can track a bug if there is one. 

I'm currently running v4 and v5 on the same machine.  V4 is what I use for everything and it was setup to use zap2xml.  v5 was setup to grab the xml file from v4 output about 2 hours after the v4 updateepg call.  There was no updateepg call from v5.  I would just update v5 when the new versions came out and let it run but had no recordings scheduled on it.  v4 still worked fine for my purposes and wasn't planning to migrate to v5 just yet. 

Noticed my guide data on v4 was running out tonight.  Looked at the xml file and it was suspiciously small in file size.  Cleared the zap2xml cache folder and ran it again.  Seemed to work but noticed a bunch of errors in the command window.  It created the same really small file size.  Zap2xml website appears to be gone so figured it was done for good and time to move onto SD and v5.  Those errors you are seeing from yesterday and overnight on the v5 logs/db are before I had signed up for SD.  Didn't sign up till about 6PM today.  Thats when I cleared all the epg stuff on v5 and put the SD info into the settings.  Couple reboots without luck and then posted to the forum.

Not sure if this helps any but just wanted to post since it wasn't what you'd call the regular setup.

Got it the fact it was looping on xmltv explains why you weren't locked out from SD maybe zap2it blocked you or it was coming from a cache.
