Cannot playback live TV via NPVR add-on

Having the exact same problem with channels with cyrillic names and latest NextPVR on Windows 10. I guess something is wrong somewhere in the middle of forwarding the file name of the stream. I can watch any channel through App, but not the WebApp. I can't watch such channels through Kodi. I see correct file name in the folder, but mangled in the Status window while using WebApp. Channels with latin script only do work fine though.

I have a weird experience with this one NextPVR server beeps when I trying to play an extra channel named "ПЕРВЫЙ КАНАЛ" through the browser or direct play. Seems like some debug code. As a regular digital channel it won't play in the web app but it does play with direct play.

Since I do get output and there are so many possibilities on this one. @nymous I suggest you supply your zipped logs.
