That scan didn't find any channels so I do think you are having the Realtek driver issue and need to install a working set. The channels you are seeing are from a previous scan.

The driver error seems to show up as

2020-11-21 12:39:40.626 [DEBUG][4] Unexpected error on DVB-T put_TunerRequest: 0x8000FFFF

Yes, as I said, I had already ascertained this and I had assumed a Windows update as the cause of everything.
Now I'll try to figure out how to recover the drivers that worked before.
