Yes that did the trick. Is there any simple way to find any additional scheduled shows that has
a deleted channel?

I've added some logic for the next build to automatically delete recurring recordings tied to a channel you're deleting. (since they're definitely going to fail from that point on)

Could you make that optional?  I prefer being able to change the channel to another channel which the API allows from Kodi.

This may be same thing, but I've gone thru and delete all schedules shows that I can find
for Below Deck but this one gives the same error

You have so many errors in those logs it not clear where to begin to diagnose this single problem. Why do you scan and delete all your channels so often?

I've come across a couple more shows that won't schedule.  I did go thru and
delete all the schedule shows I could find for both, but still couldn't schedule them.

All listed shows of Resident Alien would give the error and on Below Deck only one
show would give the error.  It would schedule shows before and after the one episode.

I'm going thru and try to clean things up. I was trying to set some show to from all to New and
it changed them to All Channels and Just New. Seemed it changed the channel to 0 on all that I changed.
Since the problem of it not being able to schedule some programs, I was going to thru and check what
I have scheduled and found several scheduled for new only didn't schedule all the new shows.
From what I gathered here, the possible solution was to delete all scheduled shows and re-schedule them.

Looking at the code, I think it's because you've got recordings schdeduled against a tuner that no longer exists (you've scheduled a recording and later deleted the channel, and the scheduled recording is still there). It's encountering an error when loading the channel trying to lookup the tuning details.

I've modified the code to handle it gracefully in the next build.

Delete the recordings, and try again.

sub: Would this also be a problem if you added a tuner and merged the channels? I'm seeing the same error now. But I didn't "delete" any channels. I merged channels from a DCR-2650 (old) and an HDHR Prime (new). Both tuners are still in the database, but the DCR-2650 is unavailable (since it no longer has the CableCard and isn't working). I definitely manually merged the channels. And there have been a couple of overnight EPG updates which should have rescheduled things onto the HDHR Prime tuners. I also just did a manual EPG update.

When I look at the Scheduler, it shows that The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is Pending. But it's not displayed Red in the Guide. And when I try to schedule Paragraph 175 (in an overlapping time slot), I get the "Unable to schedule recording at this time" error.

If you schedule or merge outside of NextPVR then the EPG will not always turn red, just the top of the timeline, if that is what you mean. I made post on this in the last few months.

Nope. That's not what I mean.

I did the merging in the web app on the Channels page. And the scheduling was done from the recurring recording rule by the EPG update. There was another recording which was supposed to happen at 8:00pm on another merged channel. Hell's Kitchen. It failed and the error says: "[Failed: Channel not found. Deleted?]"
