Interesting... If I choose DL image 1 I get the error "Illegal characters in path." and when I choose DL image 2 it doesn't get anything. I downloaded from the wiki and used the new setup file. I did get an error when it tried to replace the fastfind.dll (in use) so I manually did it. The dll in the gbpvr directory is dated 5/16/2005 5:20pm.

Just a suggestion, is there any way the software version could be displayed in a corner of the screen so we know at a glance what we are running?

Jorm,
I have the same issue. I have a folder.jpg file in each of my recording folders, but under the XRECORD Ready screen, it shows the generic no poster submitted view for each folder.

I also have been using the VideoArchiver plugin, and it shows the picture if the folder contains a folder.jpg file, otherwise it has its own standard picture.

I have renamed to .png and .gif, but it still won't show up with a show picture.

Any suggestions on what to do?

Thanks

jdsnov73,

make sure that you do not have a image with the show name in the art directory under gbpvr. I am not having good luck reproducing everyones problems....

tipstir, I will make a modification for the next release to check for the gif then the jpg for each image.

I have not had a chance to look at theater. It is freezing again? Sigh!! I need to find a more stable theater source.

as for tipstir

it will load gifs now, jpgs if gifs are not there.

jdsnov73,
can you try the new version on wiki 26. If it does not work change the logging to verbose and take a look at gbpvr.exe.log there should be
"image filename"
where filename is the path of the image I am loading.

spyder40,
hit the record button for dll version info.

jorm, I'll give it a try when I get home later today. Thanks for the quick responses. I'll report back.
