Weather plugin fix corrupt zipfile

WinACE 2.6b5 (BETA) has no problem to unzip this file. Another WinAcE Version could not open the file... curious...

Btw., i don't like 7-Zip. In the past, this packer destroyed about 60 GBytes of important Data by false compress-algorythm. I will never use 7-Zip again, it's too dangerous.

I got it out with the rename to .zip and used winrar.
Winrar seems mature, and is nearly as compact as 7-zip without the issues.

I'm getting the same for the last day or two. It looks like the weather service changed something again. I think Jeff has to fix that.

I tried downloading at work, also with no succes. THen used the workplace's terminal service and that downloaded 520KB, and allowed unpacking. So I took the unpacked file home and it all seems fine now.

i've found with some hits on other threads that if i unpack with rar, change the unpacked file to a .zip and then unzip as regular it seems to work.

Did i read you right that you found a update here somewhere that fixes the scrambled current weather?

I monitor about a dozen different locations on my test setup all of them are fine excepfor coatsville (which is one I watch). I should have some time to investigate what is going on tonight or tomorrow.

I've looked at the web page and the "problem" is that you had a flood watch in effect, which changes the layout of the page. I've updated the code to try to work around this case, but the flood watch is no longer in effect so I can't test it. If you check the weather now it should be all fixed for you as well.
