sorry, we were talking last night in a thread on the support forum, i uploaded a clip to megaupload and posted logs.
heres logs from 2 seconds ago though.
One observation is that your stream seems to be H.264+AC3 rather than H.264+AAC that everyone else seems to have. Maybe you've installed some newer drivers or firmware? GB-PVR has not been tested with H.264+AC3 streams generated by the HD-PVR, since this is a recent development (only release a few days ago I think?).
I've just had a quick look now at the sample you provided, and it looks like the stream has a bad "program_info_len" field in the PMT table which causes GB-PVR to not be able to find the audio/video streams in the file. The only short term advice I can give you is trying an older version so your get the H.264+AAC that everyone else has. For the next release I'll put in some work around to cope with this.
I'm new to the whole PVR scene, I just bought a HD PVR and built a box just for it.
Specs
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53
4GB ram
1tb sata hd
Windows XP Pro 64bit
STB: Scientific Atlanta 8300HD
Could someone maybe help me get started or point me in the right direction? I don't plan on using this box for anything else, so there's no monitor hooked up to it. Do I need a high end video card to play back the recordings on the tv? How do i use the GB PVR guide instead of the bright house one?
