I do know of something that could be causing it, which I intentionally decided to leave until the next main release, for fear of breaking binary compatibility.

Would this also be the reason for less accurate stored resume points after these updates - I have seen them out by a few minutes either side.
Everything else seems OK and its not a major problem so can definitely wait for the next release.
It's not an overly complicated system - it's more - overly simple operatives  Huh

Go ahead and try the latest update. I had something like that occur some days ago, but haven't seen it lately.

Just was checking something else and found a few older dll's in my install than in the latest skip patches so that may be the problem - not sure how they reverted

I was watching live tv, and missed a bit, so I tried to rewind.

It flipped out on me; hung, and then started playing the same clip over and over again, about 30 second delay.
I'm not aware of any issue that would cause this, but there has been alot of changes since the new NPVRTSReader2 was introduced earlier in this thread, so definitely try it with the latest versions of the files.

No, I wouldnt think so. A few seconds out maybe, but not minutes.

Mine is way more than a few seconds, it is almost a minute and it gets worse as the file progresses. I am not sure that TSReader2 even positions with Timing.Info

Sometimes when pressing "Skip Back" I get a skip forwards instead. This never occurred before I added the skip patches. [Have latest installed].

You could see if this helps.

I don't know if you meant me or Petrovski, but it seems to help my problem, because TSReader2 now uses Timing.Info, and my Alfred Hitchcock sample is correct with TSReader2 and Timing.Info

Also do you know when you will have an update for NextPVR to support the same external Timing.Info filename on the PC and NMT? I have my utility that generates them ready to upload for testing but I don't want to support both names.

Good.

It should already support them.
