so a tiny thing, not a killer or anything, but if you are editing a movie, and accidentally (or intentionally) click the "show hidden titles" box, it will throw away your changes without asking first. Since that box pops up whenever you click anything else, i would assume you want it there. Like i said, not a huge deal.

I knows its already on the todo list, but it would be great if i could make it get images from yahoo by default, and if yahoo didnt work then imdb. or be able to change all of them at once. ie it auto pulls from imdb, and be able to "upgrade" them all to yahoo. but whenever you get around to it. although i'm not very active on here, i'm always watching. You are phenomeonal with supporting this plugin. It's really appreciated. You rock JavaWiz.

and Yahoo search still doesn't all punctuation (,':- etc).

will be fixed in the next version.

As you noted, this is on my todo list. I'd like to be able to set a priority to each siten (for the initial load), and potentially include the ability to 'scroll-thru' the images found on each site so you can easily choose the appropriate image (on the manage tab).

I create thumbnails for my videos by using 'Create Thumbnails' on the 'Manage Content' tab.
I used to be able to store them in the 'image' field in the db - but no longer. I've played with the 'Save images in db' setting on the 'Settings' tab - no luck. Sadly, I don't know when the problem started :o

Also, after I've changed something on the 'Settings' tab and clicked on the 'Save Settings' button, when I move to another tab, I get the 'Changes pending, ...' dialog - although if I click 'No' and then return to the 'Settings' tab, the changes have in fact been made.

Have any explanation why MovieWiz would suddenly disappear from the plugins list? It's there in it's own little directory and the installer doesn't report any errors but it has simply disappeared from the list of plugins and the menu.

I've deleted everything and reinstalled, but MovieWiz is still MIA...logs attached for the brave Smile.

<rant>
AAUUUGGGHHH! I am really beginning to *HATE* PVRX2! GBPVR was such a beautifully crafted program that simply worked. But ever since this move to gain some eye candy, nothing is ever easy or functional anymore.

Looks like you may have a few things going on here. I see you renamed some DLLs probably to save in case of errors, if you do that, do NOT keep the DLL as the extension, rename them to DLL.SAVE or something.
  • I suggest you fall back to the Blue default skin to troubleshoot
  • Shut down Recording Service
  • Shut down GBPVR/PVRX2
  • Reinstall SearchWiz
  • Reinstall Movie Wiz
  • Make sure the following DLLs are only found in Plugins/common
    • HtmlAgilityPack.DLL
    • WizUiHelper.DLL
    • WizWebHelper.DLL
  • Run config. If it errors off, post config logs
  • If not, save settings
  • Run PVRX2
  • If errors, post config

Moviewiz dissapeared from my plugins list when I had trouble with the Plugin CinemaListing and Moviewiz. Moviewiz dissapeared when I tried to start ICL and I had a newer dll than that plugin was able to use. Make sure you have the latest dlls in plugin\common. That took care of that problem for me.
Now, all my plugins co-exist nicely.

This statement made me laugh. PVRX2.exe exists because GBPVR.exe hit a ceiling that would eventually (sooner rather than later) limit the growth of GBPVR. The fact that sub has been able to get PVRX2 running with so many features in only two official releases is nothing short of amazing. PVRX2 hasn't fully matured yet but it will. Give it time.

Just upgraded to 1.1.15 and installed MovieWiz 1.0.10.2 three times.

Plugin doesn't show up in config. Can see error in logs but can't figure what's wrong. Enclosed are the logs. Please help.
