New Plugin - MovieWiz v1.0.0.0

Does MW currently include updates for shows with date time suffixes e.g.

Calling, The_yyyymmdd_ssssffff

(which is on IMDB and Yahoo?)

Similarly Daredevil_yyyymmdd_ssssffff and Full Frontal_yyyymmdd_ssssffff ???

For IMDB thumbnail and show information, yes.

For the others, the thumbnail retrieval does not in current public version, but the next version of WizWebHelper.DLL has updates to parse title in the lookup to attempt to get better hit ratio.

Hmm :confused: I found all those on IMDB, but MW didn't seem to have any luck with these ones.

Ok, the information load works on the initial lookup when loading, but not on the button click on the manage tab. It will be fixed in the next version.

I think I still need to work on the image lookup though. When there are multiple potential hits, the image logic does not work.

Hi JavaWiz,

I noticed the sorting of movie names is case sensitive. I find this unusual. Sorry to ask, can the case sensitivity be an option?

Where are you seeing this sort order? In the config or in the plugin itself? You can now control the order the entries show in the plugin by using the "Manage Categories" tab in the config.

I haven't explored the manual ordering feature, it's just the default order that the movie titles are arranged. This case sensitive ordering appears in the plug-in and and in the config tool.

Ah right you are. Never noticed that before. I've changed the SQL in the next version to ignore case when sorting.
