Do the logs show an error reading youtube.xml?

Side note: I need to remove "Most Linked". I've never seen anything in that feed.

I was already calling SetPopup(null) but I had removed the ForceRender option. I think the issue was though that, in moving code around, I was setting the popup to null after I was calling uiList.SetListObjects() instead of before.

Try this and see if it helps (I can't test at the moment).

That worked although there is a brief blank screen, perhaps clear it and the end of PopulateList()

Awesome. I'll try to have the settings completed and movies/trailers working this weekend. I won't have much time to work on it until then because I have some work to do on the house for my son's 1st birthday party on Saturday.

Your plugin and the transcoding are awesome. I'm not having any issues even at 1080p on the NMT and that with only 20% CPU

A couple of times I have seen this error in the logs and it will crash the NMT

I checked and the file did exist, but it was truncated.

When it crashes, the download is stopped which is what produces the truncated file.

The crash is what caused me to have a separate buffer setting for the NMT. The PC was fine with only 256K but the HD videos I tested needed more when viewed on the NMT. 1024K worked on all the ones I tried so that's what I used. You can try increasing NMTBufferKB to see if that fixes the problem.

Are you sure it is waiting for the 1MB buffer? PlayVideo() should not be report this

"file does not exist: C:\temp\YouTube\JWYVQzG0rYk.ts"

and the request to play never made it to the NMT.

I missed that part. This will report the bytes downloaded on the "setting status as watchable..." log entry which occurs right before the status change event is sent (which kicks off PlayVideo()).

If there was an error downloading the stream, there should have been a stack trace in the logs.

You will also need to manually delete the truncated file to get it to download again.
