Theater listings with trailers

Jorm; is there any possibility that something's changed on the parser? It seems like the update only captures the first page, if there's more than one. I only get the first four theaters in town, and miss the remainder. I assume it used to capture multiple pages? Or is there some trick to getting fandango to increase the page length?

No big rush if it's a bug; I know you're busy. Just thought I'd bring it up, in case there was something stupid I'm doing.

Wow, you are right. I didn't even notice a second page. Looks like there are 5 theatres that the plugin didn't get on the second page. Fortunately, I don't go to any of the theatres on the second page.

I did not change the parser probably fandango changed thier format again. I am not seeing it here. What is your zip

Yeah I was just checking as well as I saw the postings and my results are slightly different but bascially the same issue... please see below...

Plugin ONLY lists the following 4 theaters:

[INDENT]Kildonan Place[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Landmark Globe Cinema[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Landmark Towne Cinema 8[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Silver City Polo Park[/INDENT]

Fandango lists the following 5 theaters on the first page:
[INDENT]IMAX Theater Portage Place[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Landmark Globe Cinema[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Landmark Towne Cinema 8[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Silver City Polo Park[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Kildonan Place[/INDENT]

and the following 3 theaters on the Second page:
[INDENT]City Cinema Northgate[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Garden City[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Cinema City McGillivray[/INDENT]

Found the problem. Fandango changed their format for the number of pages and caused my plugin to skip the last page. I have fixed it and reposted on wiki 6.4

Hi Guys,

I love this site! I especially like the theatre plugin. I am trying to get the trailers to play, however I get an application error message and gbpvr closes.
Is anyone else having this problem? I have searched and could not find any info. I have downloaded the trailers with the perl script, created folder "trailers" and have Quicktime 7. Any suggestions?

Have you tried installing Quicktime Alternative, which is a DirectShow rendition of Quicktime.

That worked, thanks a bunch! The problem I am having now is the trailer quality is grainy and the video is out of sync while using gppvr. When I use the player that comes with alternative, and use it on it's own, the quality is great. Any suggestions?
