I certainly hope so - 64 bit file support would be one of them I guess!

Thanks for the info, I'll run ethereal tomorrow night and figure out the changes for the *nix server (I noticed that the last but one beta failed on my RDC_CONFIG query after initialisation)

From the screenshots and what I've heard it appears that gbpvr supports the OSD remotely? Or are you decoding and re-encoding on the server? - I've not got a pvrX50 in my win32 box to test with so I can't find out myself!

Sub,

I know you are very busy but I would like to submit the following log for connecting to the MediaMVP(USA). Your progam is awesome and it would be perfect if only it would work with the MediaMVP. I hope this helps

I am working on the MediaMVP support. It should be corrected in the next release.

Probably this is known by know, but you can start the GBPVR interface immediately on the MediaMVP without having to start the hauppauge GUI, stop it then start the GBPVR gui.

I went into the services and have changed MVPMedia to manual. MVPMediaSvc is required to make the initial connection, then I added a bat file to the startup menu to start GBPVR in mvpmode.

Works for me,

COlin.

In fact, simple change that service to manual and drop in a shortcut to your startmenu to GBPVR MVP service and bingo!

Edited.

But you still need to kill the MediaMVPSvc once everything is up as this interferes with GBPVR playback of livetv,

Colin.
