Hmm, could be...maybe Sub knows.
in my case:
Windows XP SP2 (English, but Locale Finnish). The hardware is: AOPEN XC Cube, P4 2.8Ghz (hyperthreaded)
1. .NET1.1 or .NET1.1 and .NET2.0 and both fails.
2. Directx 9.0C
3. Twinhan DVB-C Mini-cab (downgraded to BDA version 1.2.3.0 from Twinhan, same as sub uses if I remember correct)
I will try to compare the Media Portal and my GB-PVR pins and see if they matches.
By the way, I also heard that there are might be different Twinhan models available. So assuming all Twinhan are the same might be a problem too. Sub, are you aware of that? I'm not 100% sure of it, but a friend of mine bought about 4-5 twinhan dvb cards and one of them did not work under Linux, even if they were all the same brand.
So the pin definitions could be the case for me too, but I guess that is only a way lucky guess.
