Hi,

It seems that I have the same problem of locking up after having played a movie and after LiveTV. This is a pity. So I tried to go back to v20, by installing v20 over v21. This caused many problems, though. For instance config.exe caused error messages from the .NET environment). So I had an unistall and retried v21. Still it locks up.

I'm afraid I'm going back to v20 tonight. But then I have to unistall everything first... Maybe I'll skip this version...

I also noticed the "Please Wait - Initializing Channel" after trying to exit live tv.

The other thing that I noticed was my remote stopped working if I started viewing a recording.  In .20 I was able to skip/FF/RW/Pause over MVP.  I could not do it in .21.  I have a 250MCE, but in v.20 in the config it just says hauppauge remote.  I tried changing it to MCE remote and same problem.  The remote works fine in the menus.

I could not even stop or exit the recording.

I also noticed that reinstalling v.20 over v.21 did not work.

So I had to uninstall and reinstall.

I am currently using v.20 again.  Has anyone else seen the remote issue.

Hi Sub
I'm really glad that GBPVR now supports ISO files. Just a short question. Is it possible to mount other types of image files such as bin/cue and .img files for example. I assume that Deamon tools support them.

Apparently Daemon tools supports

cue/bin
iso
ccd (CloneCD)
bwt (Blindwrite)
mds (Media Descriptor File)
cdi (Discjuggler)
nrg (Nero - must have ImageDrive installed)

Hi.
I´ll be able to confirm the same as jorm and MaBo.

and additionally I determined the following:

- if i goes back from viewing a recording the screen goes to freeze. In this cause i found a task (with ALT+TAB): GB-PVR weakup...
- i dont be able to login into the Web-Manager. I fill up the Username and Password and confirm the login Button, but only the Password-Field appears a lot of ********

Thanks for your input Colin, but is it possible for GBPVR to support those formats. As it is today the files with all of those extensions except ISO are invisible in GBPVR.

Are you using the admin details you setup in config?

Hi Henrik,

I would imagine that these extensions would need to be added by Sub. GBPVR tends to display only what it can handle.

BTW, once you play an iso image does GBPVR automatically unmount it?

Colin.

I havn't tested that yet, but I assume that it will be unmounted the next time I try to mount a file. I'll give it a try tonight when I get home from work.

Oh, I just discovered that the 'feature' where the skip buttons in the TV Guide ment both jumping a day forward/backwards and selecting a new mp3 file has been fixed, thanks! Now we just need the same consistancy in the other places that use skip as pgup/pgdown (search guide, comics..) [Image: tounge.gif]
