Enable log flushing in the config app, then schedule three recordings for the same time, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

ok, but thats it. I cant record 3 programs a the same time. The mvp tells me there was a conflict, acting as if there is only one card. If I click on the little icon in the task bar- recording status, it tells me that the 350 in recordng and that the 500's are sleeping.

Thank you.

I have no idea what you are trying to say. Give it to me again in more detail.

Ok, i'll try again. I have 2 cards installed in my machine. One Hauppauge 350 and 1 Hauppauge 500. Therefore I should be able to record 3 tv programs at any given time. However, when I try to record more 2 shows at the same time the MVP seems to think I only have the 350. However, the gbpvr software seems to know of both cards.

Sorry for being so confusing.

Try scheduling them, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

I cant schedule multiple recordings at the same time. It tells me there is a recording conflict. I have removed the 350 and just used the 500. It works just like it is supposed to. I can reocord 2 programs at the same time with no problems with the 500. I can remove that card put back in the 350 and it works like it is supposed to. Then I try to use both cards at the same time and it does not allow me to record 2 or more shows at the same time. It gives me the recording conflict message. I have tried moving them around n my pc. Does not matter.

Thats enough to tell me what I want in the logs. I cant do anything if you dont supply logs.

Its just a matter of correctly creating three capture sources, with the correct devices numbers, all using the same EPG source.

I can see you have your 'Hauppauge PVR350' capture source set as device #1, and your 'Hauppauge PVR500 with FM tuner' also set as device #1. This is wrong.

You need to have three capture sources. One for the PVR350 and two fo the PVR500. The device numbers for these capture sources will either be #1 for the PVR350, and #2 & #3 for the PVR500s.... or #1 & #2 for the PVR500s and #3 for the PVR350.

I understand what you are saying. You went throught this with me before. So This time I have made sure each card had its own caputer device number. My 350 is set up as #3 and the 500 with fm tuner is #1 and the other 500 is #2 That is the way it is set up in the "Capture sources device tab under recording sources. Is there another way to change the the softwtare looks at the cards?
