I added those lines to bda.ini and saved it. Still is only scanning 1-68 when I click map digital channels. Do I need to change the device or anything so it knows to reference those lines in the bda.ini file? The name of the card / device in those lines is not the exact same as my card, or the device I selected. I have selected Fusion HDTV5 Lite, the link you pointed to reads:

[Fusion HDTV5 RT Express (QAM)]
TUNING_TYPE=ATSC
TUNING_SPECIAL=2
FILTER_TUNER=FusionHDTV, BDA Tuner
FILTER_CAPTURE=FusionHDTV, Transport Stream Capture
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

You will need to change the device first. The filters used by the HDTV5 Lite have the same names so it should not make a difference. If you want you can change

[Fusion HDTV5 RT Express (QAM)]

to

[Fusion HDTV5 Lite (QAM)]

Note: QAM is untested on this card. You will be the first as far as I know.

Well, that lets me scan up to 138, but still doesn't detect anything.

Shouldn't the information at least show up in the bottom in the epg listing in the config?

So, I'm gathering I've gone through all this for nothing. My initial problem was I didn't want to have to use MCE and FusionHDTV... I was hoping gbpvr would allow me to watch HD through the fusion in addition to other channels from the 150mce. It seems though, that gbpvr has the same problem... I still have to use FusionHDTV to watch my digital HD channels. If that is the case, shouldn't I just stick with MCE?

It doesnt do anything without them ticked. The old application (GBPVR.exe) did, but I didnt like the way it behaved so I didnt bother implementing it in the new app (PVRX2.exe). It is supposed to be ticked by default.

This device was only officially supported as an OTA ATSC device. In that thread Whurlston pointed out, some user had indicated that had got QAM working, but it wasnt really an intended function.

I think the misunderstanding here was that you said 'digital' thinking 'digital cable' while the rest of us were thinking 'OTA digital' which is much more commonly used. (I did say OTA digital on my first reply to you)

I can take a look in your config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log after a scan to see if it was anything obvious, but you might be out of luck.

Sure, I can pm them to you. I may stick with gbpvr anyways, but, I'm just thinking it isn't going to do what I was hoping. Right now the video quality seems a bit better (even though both are using the same decoder)

Just zip and attach them. I'll take a look in the morning.

Let me ask one more quick question, just to make sure I'm not overlooking something simple.

Right now, my cable comes out of the wall and into a 3 way splitter:
1) STB (cable box to tv via coax)
2) 150mce
3) fusion 5 lite

(2&3 connect to the tv via a DVI to HDMI converter cable)

Would it make any difference if I went to the STB first, then split it from there to the TV and two tuner cards?
