FF and RW does not work since upgrading to 1.2.9

Finally had a chance to test. Fast FF and RW work when the option <skipinsteadofFFRW> is set to false.

Ok, I set the skip property to false, and the FF is working, however the x minutes and Skip doesn't work. I would like to be able to go to 60 minutes into a video. Any other property that needs to be set.

I press 20 >| and expect to go 20 minutes in, but not getting there, only 10 seconds.
