Before, after the scan, I just went up through the list it displayed and it would tune them. That is how I tested those channels this time as well. I only receive a handful of clear QAM channels that contain audio and video. I know what these are based on what my TV will tune, so if it wasn't one of those channels I didn't really bother testing them.

Would it make a difference testing them in the app and not just the config app?

It may or may not make a difference but viewing them in the app will show us any errors in building the filter graph that is used to view them.

If I map a channel that will not tune will it even make a graph? Is there a way I can define a channel by hand, so I can tell it to tune channel 102.1 even though it did not find it in the scan?

It will build the graph. It found 102.1 in the scan. The tuning string is:
Code:
T:102,102,1~P:5~V:2048~A:2049~PMT:32~PCR:2048~N:>102.1  Unknown1 (000(AC3))

Yeah my last scan with version .09 did find 102.1, but in the config after the scan it did not tune it. I will map it and try to tune it tonight.

I did a re-scan with .09 today, and everything was found perfectly fine. Feeling risky. I went ahead and installed .13 overthe top and did another re-scan. Once again everything was found ok. Even better, channels are numberd properly according to what my TV tunes. Thanks a ton for hanging in there with me fellas.

The very wierd thing is I changed nothing. It just started working again. I wonder if it has anything to do with the programming being aired.

I'm glad you got it working!
What operating system and what drivers are you using?
Would you mind sending me a copy of your driver file, see the problem I'm having here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=35710

Thanks,

Thanks,
Those are the drivers I have as well.
In graphedit, are you able to connect "Microsoft ATSC Network Provider" to "Avermedia M780 PCIe BDA ATSC Tuner 2" ? I believe that's where I'm having trouble with Vista.

Thanks,
CFC
