BDADriverV1.2.3.8_WHQL can not recognize the device. It reads "No device found".
i would say you have the wrong bda driver for the device try another one
it has to be the bda driver for that device not any old twinhan bda driver
you may need to look in a different folder on the cd or like sub said do a search on the twinhan site for your specific device

This IS bda driver for Twinhan 1020a from their site.
