XMLTV files dont usually contain the channel number or frequency (and GB-PVR has no way of known this info without you telling it), so you usually need to edit the capture source channel list to manually enter the appropriate channel number (or frequency if you prefer).

Should I modify the Capture source by hand and modify the channel number with one of those two numbers?

I changed the channel numbers to the ones I have with the tuning tool... and it works!!!!
