channel 'one' (brisbane) lacks video

I got to the bottom of it.

I've attached a patch that corrects it. The bad news is that because of changes to my development tools recently, you'll also need to install this updated vc runtime: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...laylang=en

I've installed both, run the re-register filter thing from the start menu and re-booted but it still has problems.
Now, whenever I try to look at any tv channel live (including the config program scanning channels) the audio works, no video and it crashes with that message "pvrx2 has encountered a problem and has to close..."

Did you rescan and remap that channel? You needed to.

If you dont think its working, do a scan, then post the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look. (those config logs above dont show a scan)

It wont complete a scan because it crashes at the start.
Once I click on "map digital channels to EPG channels" it starts to do a scan, the audio and video (in the preview window) start, the "digital channels found during scan" box is empty and it crashes with the windows message "Config.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience..."

Ah, right. I suspect the changes in my development environment mean that I'm no longer able to produce patches which are binary compatible with 1.4.7, so unfortunately we might need to give up on that patch until 1.5.x. You'll need to go back to the original PsiParser.ax file.

In the meantime....

You can probably just go into the 'map digital channels to epg channels' screen, set the mapping for One Digital to 'none', the ok out of the screen. Then edit the 'C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\BDA\scan-x.cache' file to set the One Digital line to:

I've replaced only the V:516 bit & that seems to have done the trick.
Im assuming you have channel 'one' at a different frequency from me from the line you supplied.

Ah yes - sorry, forgot to mention that.

It'll work correctly for you in the next release without having to tweak that value.
