What do you have the H.264 video decoder set to on the playback tab of the config app? Make sure its set to something other than 'system default'.

It is set on System default currently
I have 3 choices here 1) default 2)ffdshow video decoder 3)Arc soft video decoder

I'd set it to 'Arcsoft Video Decoder'

It works.
I have got audio and video on mutiple channels. Recording and playback work also.
And I have learned something new again. GREAT!
