I'm not that familiar with Pinnacle devices, but if you reproduce the problem, then post you npvr.log, I'll see if anything stands out.

Thanks, So far I've only been able to scan channels with the Pinnacle program. Although I haven't even tried the ATSC. Here are the only logs that seem to change, just the latest versions. BTW Dell Dimension 9100 Pentium D 3.0 GHz 4 gigs of Ram. Trying to scan clear QAM from Comcast. Thanks again

On the Settings -> Devices screen, is this device listed as 'QAM' or 'DVB-C'?

Sorry, I dont know them. If it had been incorrectly listed as DVB-C, like I suspected, then we would have been able to fix pretty easily. I'm not really sure what it doesnt like about this device.

I'm not really sure what it doesnt like about this device. Another program, MediaPortal, does seem to think the driver with the C on the end is a DVB-C. I can't scan any channels with that either. |
