okay, thanks for the feedback. I've fixed that for the next release so that it works independently of the panel.

yes, thanks for reporting - this is fixed also for the next release.

when you see that again, can you please post your logfiles? What timezone is your npvr system using?

-alibert

Here are logs with two pending recordings. The later program is shown as "next recording" in the panel. Timezone GMT.
Thanks

Have I got this wrong?

In TV Recordings in GBPVR, I had the Ready list grouped and listed in alphbetical order. So Alcatraz was above CSI.

I could click to open a group and the recordings were listed in date order. So the Monday recording was above the Tuesday recording.

In the 3.6 beta, the Groups and the Recordings seem to sort the same. Groups and Recordings are both in date order or both in alpha order.

Have I missed something? Thanks. Graham.

Hi all,

please find attached a new beta version for the tv listings plugin that hopefully fixes all of the issues that you've reported. If you have the time to try it out, please leave a short feedback if your specific problems were solved, so I can release a final v3.6 of the plugin soon.

Updated changelog:

- improved startup behaviour of recording panel
- added 'failure reason' for failed scheduled recordings to description string
- fixed an issue regarding start- and endtime calcualtion for manual recordings
- added option to update an existing image in \Media\Shows from the details popup
- using the stock npvr data for genre, audio-/video-descriptions and 'first run' information
- added status indicator image to indicate first-runs inside listings grid (enable/disable in skin file)
- added checkbox-selection of genres for categories popup
- added preview image for selected show details area on tv listings main screen
- taking 'WatchedKickInSeconds' from config.xml in account for playback positions

you can configure the initial sort order for each of the views in the config settings, for the "Ready" screen there are different settings for the complete list and the recording groups.

Hi Alibert
This minor issue still present for me [no change in behavior at all] however the updating problem when the recording panel is disabled is fixed.
I've just started using your Video function - suggest you add at least mp4 and mkv to default extensions - I've added them manually.
Any chance one day that Videos will be grouped?
Thanks

The config setting was not working when I posted. But, I have copied in the latest version of the beta and all is now good. Thanks for all your good work. Graham.

Thanks Alibert. No problems to report here.

I just noticed the trailer option which I haven't played with before. It works fine but I was just wondering if you might want to consider tweaking the URL that you use, possibly enabled via a config option.

replace "watch?v=" with "v/" to full browser window
Append "&HD=1" for best quality
Append "&autoplay=1" to autoplay

example
original URL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IBNACePYk4
New URL: http://www.youtube.com/v/6IBNACePYk4&hd=1&autoplay=1

just a thought.

Hello, I just updated to the latest beta from the last non-beta release. Everything works okay, but the show icon in the recordings list screen is not being displayed on any of my clients anymore.
