XBMC is proper... but contrary to your picture, in Frodo(v12) there is no there is only Region, none of the rest.
DST is fine since time is fine

Mine are the same right to English Canada. Unless you are in Ottawa, there doesn't look like much much more I can do, If I passed you a file for debugging X-NEWA could you copy it in?

Sure as soon as i get a chance. Im in the process of making a second XBMC machine, this will be a good test to see if the problem is related to my current HTPC or will it affect my new one as well. Maybe its a problem with NEWA?..could it be a IP problem? My home network is on 192.4.13.1.

You mean your internal private network is 192.4.13.x? That's no good, that's a public IP. Use 192.168.xx.xx for your private LAN.

192.4 isn't a private class C so NEWA might not like it, but you said you can access it with a browser. You are coming in on 127.0.0.1 so I don't think it is the problem I'll check with ujb, I'd still like to try a debug file.

I know , but i was doing some network test and changed it awhile ago, never had time to change it back.

Yup...IP was the problem...changed network back to 192.168...all is good ...thanks for your patients and help...Did you have time to look at the skin itself? for the font problem with Aeon Nox White theme. Also you should look into making it 1080 instead of 720p since everything in Frodo is now 1080 for the most part. With Nox white, the menu takes up the entire left side compared to confluence skin that its small and takes up barely half the left side.

I'll have a look. I mainly run XBMC on some lower-end boxes so Confluence @ 720p is fine for me (plus I started with MayhemIII so I am a bit partial) but for the most part I just adopted this skin from another project that had adopted it from MythTV Box for XBMC and it still is 720p

Do you have the setting in the NEWA config tab set to auto-login?

When you go to NEWA do you get prompted to enter user id/pwd right away or only when you try to access the config tab in NEWA.

Web services honor the auto login option in NEWA which requires you to not set a password in x-newa or anything.

If you do not have auto login set..... or your IP does not align to the mask that is looked at for local acces determination then the user id and password need to match what is in NEWA. And if you are coming in on a web service that credential has to be in an encrypted packet..... so x-newa can't just take the id/pwd and send it over.... it needs to be setup in the proper format and encrypted correctly. Tron had this working in the original version and nothing changed so it should be able to be resurected.

Look in web.log...... there is detail loggin that occurs there during login.
