Problems Playing on PCH-A100 but OK on the PC

Ok I really wanted to see you start /etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2 after going back to the NMT screen, but seeing as HDMI died when you were playing Crouching Tiger from a share, you achieved the same thing.

Very odd.

I'd need putty logs and don't forget to change to component in the NMT setup, disconnect the HDMI from the NMT and reboot the nmt to make this a valid test.

OK, does this tell you anything I can amend to fix it?

No but it isn't mvpmcx2 or NextPVR so you can look at cables or maybe change the hdmi port on the tv

I changed the HDMI cable; no joy.
I changed the HDMI port (I only have two) no joy.

It looks like HDMI is still plugged in are you sure you unplugged it. Also next time test with mvpmcx2.

I'm pretty sure. In any case I have just tried my A110 which I have had as a backup for a few years but never used. Configured it for HDMI only, same issue, EXACTLY the same. Given the files play fine natively, surely it can only be the USB stick (is that used after the loading of mvpmcx2?) or NPVR (on the server) itself???

Maybe I don't understand the logs you are sending from putty. They show you running locally not via mvpmcx2. Are you saying they work or fail?

This fellow seems to have a similar problem - similar message in NMT checker about lack of a server?

I did pop in an update to NEWA recently - could it be related?

C:\Users\Public\NPVR\web\App_Code\Classes\VLCUtility.cs

Should I delete all my plugins? Reinstall something?
