Nextpvr doesn't want to stay enabled

So sounds like the webserver is running fine, but kodi isn't managing to talk to the web server. You don't have any firewall/antivirus software that is stopping the two from communicating?

Can you enable debug logging in kodi, then restart it, try connecting to NextPVR, then post the kodi.log?

I'm using USB DVB-T dongle based on IT9135bda.
I install nextpvr 3.3.8 on my previous kodi (14.2) setup and everything worked perfectly.
I recently upgrade my kodi to 15 and the nextpvr to 3.4.8 and when I try to enable to nextpvr plugin in kodi, it's start to scan channels (I think) and immediately after that the plugin become disabled again.

I have no idea what causing that.
I'll appreciate any help I can get.

Not sure if it is an issue or not but the plus sign you have for some channels eg Idan+test is not going to be valid in Windows for icons etc. Might be a problem for xml and streaming too.

I'm not sure whether debug logging is enabled in that. It could be, but if that is the case, then there was pretty much nothing in that log relating to NextPVR. This seemed to be everything:

ie, no sign of the NextPVR ever being called etc. There were some log messages relating to listings etc, but I'm assuming they were related to the IPTV addon, since none of the logs you've supplied have shown kodi's NextPVR addon sending requests, or NextPVR web.log handling the requests.

If you can disable the IPTV addon temporarily, make sure debug logging is enabled, and restart kodi, and enable NextPVR, then supply the kodi.log, we can see what difference it makes.

It didn't search for any channels, so I exit kodi, the nextpvr was turned off (by default again), I turn it on again and it still didn't start to search anything.

I was just pointing out that they could be problem.

For the real problem did verifiy you have the correct IP port and password set for NextPVR?

Oddly, there is pretty much nothing in the log related to NextPVR. It looks like Kodi has never even tried to use addon. I'm not really sure what to suggest on this. It may be something broken with the PVR subsystem in that specific kodi build. You may find it'll just work in another version.
