Here is the logs when watching a recording in progress

Started NextPVR, go to listings, I stop displaying the guide about half the channel list, this happens from time to time,
going to TV Guide hangs ... but it returned after a while. I normaly have to terminate it.

Then I started watching the show, it doesn't seems to re-read the EDL during playing, stop and resume show different breaks
still playing will post more log when the next break happens.

BTW I noticed the EDL file time stamp changes constantly even when content doesn't change .... bummer about my hint .

I don't follow you. Your logs are full of messages about the TVListings plugin. Are you describing some plugin with this, or the build in TV Guide?

I don't have Comskip set up here, so no easy way to test it. I can give you a version with more logging if you want to look into it for me.

I don't follow you. Your logs are full of messages about the TVListings plugin. Are you describing some plugin with this, or the build in TV Guide?

I normally use TV Listings, this was more to explain the exception found in the logs than reporting the issue ;-)

For the show in progress, I kept watching it but it didn't update the EDL breaks, for me it is ok to just exit and restart to keep up to date. I did like the auto-refresh feature until I ran into the auto skip issue. Maybe re-reading EDL on skip/pause/play could be a trade-off.

I joined the log of the recording after the 2nd break , I also included the compskip txt files

I can install your version of compskip if this could help debugging the issue.

It should have reloaded it. Try this version.

I have done both to be on the safe side.

The problem with the sign things was that I was opening the zip in explorer and copying the NextPVR.exe file over.
Now I right click on the zip file and 7zip Extract file ... , this doesn't block it anymore.

Still not re-reading the file
