I did turn off SD artwork. Does it matter that I am executing that command on a headless server?

You should be good to go, let's see those logs.

Got to the web server Settings page and hold the control key and a new option should appear.

In your verbose log I am not seeing the m3u8 that is provided via the command line version.

Is it possible that you did something to the python install and are missing some dependencies? What do you see with

pip list -v

As noted on the python install files aren't supposed to be in the users folder, but if you had looked at that list you PM'd me yours clearly are in the user folder. Perhaps you changed your NextPVR service to run as system.

In any case I suggest you follow the wiki and reinstall the files via pip as Administrator.

NextPVR doesn't use python for Pluto, that is all done with streamlink's python

Truly strange - I am sure that I have not touched python or anything relating to it since the initial install way back when... It had worked up until a couple of days ago.

I will d/l the latest version and re-install.

Before doing that why not simply try running as administrator

pip install lxml requests m3u8

and see if they get installed to a common directory.

When running pip install lxml requests m3u8 from admin command prompt, i get messages that the requirements are already meet for each module which is installed in my user folder. do I need to uninstall first, then re-install?
