... and here is the application + source.
the UUID I used for test from here:
http://www.google.com/search?q=titantv+UUID&hl=en

[Image: titanxmltv.jpg]

if everything works fine, I will make it a console app that can be called from command line with zip, provider, etc as params.
I think the time needs some work, but for now I want to make sure I'm creating the xmltv file correct.

Thanks,

I did use this tool and the listings seemed to work. Pulled down the data for one day of listings.

How do I tell?
Can I help with anything?

Are you going to add something so we can pull 13 (or the max) number of days? One day doesn't really work for what I do.

It's off 5 hours with shows that are at 2PM Central showing up at 7PM.

Sounds like it might be a UTC (GMT) vs CDT issue. Might be tricky to handle with daylight savings.

If the date/times are UTC, them mark them as UTC and GB-PVR will take care of converting them to local times.

<programme channel="13501" start="20070626200000 UTC">

BTW, also probably a good idea to specify the end time on programmes.

Wow, this has gotten to be a large thread! Anyway, I was running a test with Yahoo Go For TV where I installed it and configured/downloaded the TV Listings but didn't configure a tuner.

I was going to leave the software running in this configuration to see if it would update the listings after a day (like the docs say) but it didn't. Or at least, the 'date last modified' on the tv listing datafiles didn't change.

Just thought I'd give an update...
