No zap2it expiry email

My epg was empty yesterday and I found that my zap2it account had expired without ever receiving a warning email message. Has anyone received an expiry warning email from zap2it recently?

I suspect hotmail's spam/junk filters are too agressive. I added @zap2it.com and @labs.zap2it.com to the safe domain list but I'm just guessing. If someome has received an expiry warning email, could you please check the exact domain it's being sent from and share it with us? Thanks.

You will want to whitelist:

labs@zap2it.com

The expiry/renewal e-mail will come from that address.

Yep, I never received the last warning email that my account was going to expire also. I have two Zap2it accounts (on for Dish, other for Antenna) that are staggered for renewal by about 2 weeks. I did recieve the one for the antenna a month ago, but didn't receive the one for Dish until I saw for myself that it wasn't updating. Then when I thought the EPG just needed manually updating in the Config app, I got a cryptic error. Figured maybe it had expired so I went to Zap2it's website and confirmed.

My logs were also containing errors for the nightly EPG updates for more than a week but I only noticed the problem when the current EPG became empty.

Today for the first time I received an expiry warning email from labs@zap2it.com. No survey to fill, just a button to click. Probably just needed to be in my hotmail spam safe list.
