Jeff,

Can you post the new version on the wiki? Every machine I use to download from your link ends up with a corrupt zip error.

Thanks!

Spyder40, you have to use Mozilla/Firefox/Netscape to download files off this msg board.

BTW, those of you using Contour, can get an updated Weather skin at: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...#post86485

Me too...I've tried everything to get this going, including uninstalling the Plug-in and starting from scratch again. The format of the downloads is confusing, and we need instruction on where to place the files. I realise this depends on the web site format not changing, but some people can get this working and some can't. Please update the package on the wiki so we can enjoy this useful plugin again.

Just a thought. I noticed on the WIKI that you were thinking of changing to Weather.com

I'd like to throw a thought out. How about accuweather.com? They provide the information as an xml file (for example, forcastfox)

Just a thought

I have not posted the update to the wiki, mostly because I have been swamped at work and haven't had the time to put all the zip files in place for the source code and zip file install. The latest version is posted on one of these threads. I'll try to find the time to post the update to the wiki soon.

With respect to switching to accuweather, I have looked at it, but as I recall they require some sort of provider ID or something like that in order to generate the XML file. I found a posting in a news group once about how forecast fox worked, but it didn't sound like something I could do without contacting accurweather, which I don't have the time to do. If someone want to get a gbpvr feed from them (or show me a pointer to how to get my own) I can add it to my queue of things to do.
