mcragoe,

I have been playing with comskip. It is the comskip program not gbpvr. I sent the crash logs to jere_jones. Jere has been changing the program quite often going from v.22 to v.5 in about a month. I have been trying to go back to find a more stable version. I will let you know what I find.

mcragoe,

Download v.51 of comskip it does not crash. Sub I have seen that if you delete a movie that has a comskip file it will not delete the directory when you delete the movie.

Huh? What changed between .225 and .227?

Also, Sub - not sure if this is any good as I don't have Visual Studio, but as its a free single user license, it may be a good replacement for your "yellow sticky" method of defect and enhancement tracking....

I fixed a bug to do with sound when using composite or svideo. This was discussed on the last page. .226 was an internal first attempt at the bug fix. .227 nailed it.

I'm quite happy with the yellow sticky, but will look into this if I find a few spare minutes.

Thanks Sub!!!

This is the first stable version which I can really use to watch TV and recordings on my TV-OUT of the WinTV350.

It works PERFECTLY and it didn't crash at all!!!!

Thanks again ... [Image: tounge.gif] [Image: tounge.gif]

Jorm, noticed you mentioned the directory remains when a recording is deleted. Bryan mentioned this in the Developers>Compskip thread:

"...The changes I made were to tell it to delete the logo file and the chop file, that way GB-PVR will delete the entire directory when it deletes the mpg file."

I cant see anything about 'chop' files in the .ini file but if this is relevant could someone elaborate?
