Yes, but I can tell from those logs that you didnt follow my instructions and still had it set incorrectly, so I thought I should tell you again.

Quote:My 350 is set up as #3 and the 500 with fm tuner is #1 and the other 500 is #2
Ok, so now that you've fixed it the way I said, try scheduling three recordings for the same time, then zip and attach the logs.

Did you zip them? Its got a maximum size of about 1MB, otherwise you'll get an error like that.

Ok, can you please confirm what you did exactly so I know what I'm looking for in the logs?

Did you try to schedule three recordings at the same time? Did it let you, or did you get a conflict message? If it did let you, did the three recordings succeed? If not, then what happened? Its just too much guess work for me to look at the logs without this type of info to go on...

Sorry, but you'll also need to enable log flushing in the config app. I asked you to do this earlier, but I see its not enabled, which has resulted in only partial log files being created.

When I am looking at the tv guide and I try to record 3 programs at the same time but different channes it tells me there is a recording conflict. You have told me before that my cards were set with the wrond device number. I have triple check that, changed it around re-booted, i made sure that they were set correctly. My 500 works fine as long as the 350 is not in the pc and like wise with the 350. I am not sure what has really changed. I have had this same setup working in the past just fine.

Thank you very much for your help..

Should I ditch the 350 and get a better card?

Do you have a real EPG, or have you manually added channels? If you've manually added channels, then they're only associated with that specific capture source. This would mean when trying that specific channel can only be recorded on that one device (not the other two that might be available).

For example:
Quote:2007-10-23 18:04:28.953 VERBOSE [1] Looking for capture source to record: Action News at 6PM
2007-10-23 18:04:28.953 VERBOSE [1] Possible capture device: DEVICE:Hauppauge PVR350:3
2007-10-23 18:04:28.953 VERBOSE [1] Checking 'PVR-500FM' (DEVICE:Hauppauge PVR500 with FM tuner:1)
2007-10-23 18:04:28.953 VERBOSE [1] Checking 'PVR-500' (DEVICE:Hauppauge PVR500:2)
2007-10-23 18:04:28.953 VERBOSE [1] Checking 'PVR-350' (DEVICE:Hauppauge PVR350:3)
This seems to indicate that you have three capture sources, but only one would have been a possible capture source since it was the only one with that channel.

I am not sure I understand you. For each recording souce I have for my EPG source I use schedules Direct, set up a username and password and then hit update epg..I did that for the 350, the 500fm and the 500. What are you saying I need to change?
