New Skin: BlueMCE2

it's just a skin-file without any hard-coded drives. i use it with two different computers. could you post the log-file and describe your error? does gbpvr start? what errors do you get, when you try to launch the myvideos-plugin? is the myvideos-button showing up in the main menu?

those informations would be helpful. thanks for testing!

Please find the error log below. The button "My Videos" simply doesn't show up. As far as I read the log, you have missed to provide the following XML elements:

Yes, it seems to be those elements. I just did a copy/paste from the media experience skin and now the Button shows up in BlueMCE2.

Yes, it now works in general. Thanks a lot.

However, the skin does not seem to support the full functionality of the plugin. I just did a short test with the actors and it complained about not finding the background image. Nothing severe for me personally, though.

i don't know how to "activate" or use the actor-functionality so i couldn't test this. how can i try the actor thing? i would really like to make a skin which works without complaining....

it would be very nice if you could help.

you need to download movie information using imdb, when you lookup a movie it downloads the cast info, and for every actor who isnt in the database it will then download their information and add it to the database, then you just click on the "actors" button to show the list of actors in the database, click on one of them and it will then show their bio, gallery and their movies (there are 3 background composite images only looked up here, and another composite image for actors without headshots).

new release: bluemce2-092.zip

it now works with the actual gbpvr-release. in myvideos 3.0 the actors work now. i hope everything is fine with the skin now, if not, let me know!
