but he had it not become from npvr after the Crash

after that can you edit the Transponder list C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Tuning\DVB-S\0192.ini

from

to

remove the Transponders 112 ,113,114,115,116,117 and 118
at the end save this list and try an new scan now should it work

if you need to restart the netstream (if it hangs) then open a txt file or something.... i take a lock "sometimes"

That RTSPKeepAlive message above can be ignored.

The problem seems to be happening in RtspDevice.Dispose(), but I'm not sure why at this stage. I think it's hanging in that call and never coming back out.
