Huge thanks! My hearing impaired friend says she owes you a big hug.

Mainconcept and ffdshow both working.

Again my thanks. I realize this one took a bunch of your time.

sub,

I was so anxious to implement the patch, but I'm having a problem.
I'm sure it's just my system, or someone else would have noticed it by now.

As soon as I go from 3.6.6 to 3.7.7, I lose all my "recurring recordings" entries.
If I look at "pending recordings" it appears they are still there.

Please have a look at my logs when you get a chance.
Thanx!

npvr.log has ...

Quote:2016-08-15 07:28:37.235 [ERROR][1] Unexpected error loading recurring recording list: System.InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid.
at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteDataReader.VerifyType(Int32 i, DbType typ)
at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteDataReader.GetString(Int32 i)
at NUtility.RecurringRecording.Load(Int32 recurrenceOID, Boolean byPriority)

It appears that the entries are still in the database but it may be that you have invalid data in the database for one or more recordings. Do you have the same problem with the built-in Recordings screen and with the TV Recordings screen?

"Boolean byPriority" maybe some Recurring Recordings have priority "0" ?

You could try running "nextpvr.exe -updatedb". If that doesn't help, supply your npvr.db3 file and I'll check it here.

I tried the TV Recordings screen and that seemed to work OK.
Not sure why that worked and the built-in one didn't?

Handy.Man
I looked at the priorities in the recurring-recording table and didn't see any with 0.

I tried the "nextpvr.exe -updatedb" but it didn't make a difference.

Anyhow, I took a shot at deleting all the entries in the recurring-recording table, then did an import of my XML file and it seems as though that straightened everything out.

Thanx to you all for the help.

P.S. sub,
CC's seem to be working great now!!!
