What virus software are you using? What specifically does it say?

I just downloaded the zip file attachment, and uploaded it to http://virustotal.com, which scans with a 60+ virus scanners, and they all gave it a pass mark.

Results here:

Hmm, that's weird. I don't get that when I scan it with Windows Defender.

If you upload the file to https://www.virustotal.com or https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com, or the paste the attachment URL in, do you get a warning there?

I don't get any downloads, so I can't upload the file.
When I paste the URL in Kaspersky it says it's SAFE.

I tried downloading it on 2 different PCs

Can you try pasting the url into the https://www.virustotal.com/ website?

Given I actually just reinstalled on a clean hard drive a few days ago, and I've pretty much only installed Microsoft development tools, and Chrome, I feel my machine is very clean, with minimal risk of their being anything unexpected on it. Doubly so given I'm not able to reproduce the identification with any scans at my end. I'm thinking it's either some sort of false positive, or you've got some on your end that is managing to infect files downloaded. (I suspect false positive is more likely though)

Maybe try downloading the file in Edge, and scanning the zip file with Microsoft Defender when it's on disk.

Zip file downloaded without problem using Edge.
Scan showed no threats.
