@thecrow you seem to have a working Pluto TV setup. Did you also run the additional required library for Locast, as admin, pip install m3u8 Martin

I don't know that account (you may have modified it for this forum), did you install as as Administrator or just with admin privledges? If you note on the install instructions https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/install-python, step 4 "Ensure the added modules are not in the user folder"
For now trying changing the properties for the NextPVR service to run as your user account and see if locast works. Martin

Anyone else having problems with Locast?
I was having problems getting recordings from them, so I uninstalled NextPVR, then re-installed. When I try to do python locast.py install, it just exits like the password is wrong. So, I started looking at the python code, and put in a Print command to show the returned code. It's 403 "Forbidden". I changed my ip to make sure I wasn't IP banned. That wasn't it. Put in a fake name and password to make sure it wasn't my account. All return a 403. Have they shut the API down? Anyone else having this problem?

Yes it looks like they have changed the login to use a recaptha key system of some kind, I will need to see what other locast apps are doing.
Edit: I found a solution found via locast2tuner change yesterday. Thanks to author. Hopefully this will work for a while. Martin

Make sure that you unzipped it properly (ie you don't have scripts/locast/locast) and also that there are two files in script/locast/ that are today's date.
Hopefully you didn't delete the old folder. If you renamed it, you would need to copy locast.ini and locast.bat (or sh chmod +x) into the new locast folder. Martin
