Some quick tests were successful so great job on the fixes. Since multi-record now seems to be working I did notice one odd thing. I have comskip set to run in parallelprocessing.bat. It looks like only the first selection in a Transport Stream gets parallelprocessing.bat applied to it. The other subsequent sub-channels that start to get recorded don't get "processed." Not a showstopper but I just thought I'd bring it up.

Yes, though I may need to add more logging to the new stuff before it becomes useful...

Things ran fine on 2/4. Turned off the debug on 2/5 due to the mention of overhead.

Just checked yesterday's recordings and most are 0 byte.....

Luckily I turned debug off after a couple of shows had recorded....the one in the log that started at 8:00 p.m. (Ugly Betty) was a 0 length recording. The 8:30 p.m. (Kath & Kim) is fine.

Also....do you want to keep both of these 0 byte recording threads running or would you prefer to have everything in one thread....if one....which one would you like?

I'm also experiencing the 0 file sizes even after trying the patch. Also no luck with Full TS and dvr-ms. All with the same result.

The HDHR (on another system than the 2250). In another thread, Will suggested I make sure I have the GBPVR Recordings listed in my firewall and I'm thinking it's not listed.
When I reinstalled W7, it added a number of items to the firewall......3 listings for PVRX2. I've got UAC turned off as well. Hopefully, that's my problem.

You dont have the dynamic tuner pooling option enabled that some others had to turn off on their HDHR?

UJBs problem above was related to some job he was running after the recordings completed, which was zero'ing the recordings. So not likely to be the same problem for you.

I've tried both ways, disbabled and enabled and it made no difference. Before the reinstall, it was set enabled and worked fine.

Create a c:\temp directory, and an HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\LogTSWriter=1 (DWORD) registry settings, then do a recording, and zip and attach the c:\temp\recording-x.txt file.
