I had a condition in V1.0.1.1 and before that didn't initialize a new profile if PVRX2.exe was running. This caused the "empty" profile name.

The latest, V1.0.1.2, now initializes a new profile, even if PVRX2.exe is running. So on first startup, you should get a profile with "default0" as the name.

Seeing how I've had no complaints or concerns for a few days, I think I'm going to go ahead and release V1.0.1.2.
