This installed ok for me, and I can navigate the menus etc., but radio stations won't play. It says "loading the station", then the MVP resets. My logs are attached. It sounds like a great plugin, so I would love to try and get this working if you have time to help.

Did you download and install VLC? It is required for MVP and NMT playback. The download link is here http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

I am listening to CBC 94.1 from the URL that your tried with no difficulty on the NMT.

Sorry I've been slow to respond. Yes I had downloaded vlc. Just in case I upgraded to the latest version, but I still have the same issue documented previously. Was there nothing in the logs I posted? Did I post the right logs?

The logs are fine, it said file not found. Is VLC running form the proper registy location ?

Seems to be. The installDir key is set to C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC. When I look in that directory I see the vlc.exe file. Do I have to tell GBPVR to use that directory somehow?

Well does your LiveTV folder exist? You have it configured as

"D:\My Documents\GB-PVR Temp"

No, it is a second hard drive in the GBPVR computer.

I really don't know why, but without doing anything in particular, this started to work today. There may have been a reboot or two since I last posted, but I really wasn't paying attention. Maybe it was getting the latest vlc installed, I don't know.
