Now it is showing me Unable to find capture device if i go to Live TV,even the fact,my tuner is present in options.

I exited NextPVR,restarted recording service,and ran NextPVR again,now works,but why it wasn't ?

Also,if i writing to search pole in channels,it is doing something,meaning keystrokes working even if i typing in subwindow.
Dont take it bad,but my god,it is possible to have so many bugs in single application ?
Maybe,dont you need developer,me ?

Your device is either not plugged in, or you've got a flakey device or drivers. Basically NextPVR askes Windows for your driver called "IT9135 BDA Filter" and it says 'sorry I don't currently have one by that name'.

I don't understand what you mean. What is "pole"? Are you talking about the search screen?
