Hi,

I just tried the cdplayer plugin and I get a serious problem if I cannot access the Internet. I cannot run the config app, it dies with an expectable error:

FreedbHelper.GetSites: Error retrieving Sites.

followed by a worse:

Plug-in Configuration

If I Continue, none of the config has been loaded...

Can I configure it to not look for the internet? Or can you make it not die Wink ?

Thanks

Hi again,

I have noticed that if I return to the main menu from the CDPlayer, it stops playing... Would it be possible to keep it going like the music player, so I can do my SuDokus whilst listening?

Also, I have a couple of DTS cds, which I play using the WinDVD player and SPDIF out straight into my Sony DTS Amp. Would it be possible to do the same thing using your CD Plugin? Please Smile

Apart from that, great work and thanks again

this is on my todo-list. the problem is, you cannot use the stop-button to stop playback. you'll have to enter the plugin, press stop and leave it.

Ian

never heard that....did you try playing them with the plugin? the plugin only reacts on cd's...i'll have to google for this functionality. but maybe, one day i'll add this feature.

cheers,

dottore.

No, I haven't tried it yet (don't have one to hand), I'll try later today and let you know what happens...

Here's a link to a review of one of Sting's DTS cds, so you can see what I'm on about...

Hi,

just tried your plugin with a DTS cd and no luck, I just get white noise (which is not very surprising, that's what media player does too!)

Need to find a way to run it through the WinDVD Audio player...

Cheers and thanks for a fine plugin.
